Week 2: SYSTEMATIC PLANNING IN THE USE OF MEDIA AND EVALUATION

hello

For this week we have Pn.Hazrati as the instructor, we learn an interesting yet challenging topic with Puan Hazrati entitled: Systematic Planning in the Use of Media and Evaluation.

INSTRUCTION is an arrangement of collection of data to produce an effective learning. To carry the instruction out we may need a design that will serve as a guideline to the instructions needed for the teaching period. we need INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN that is in this class wordpress as the main design.

instructional design is ;’The process by which instruction is improved through the analysis of learning needs and systematic development of learning materials. Instructional designers often use technology and multimedia as tools to enhance instruction. it is also the analysis of learning needs and systematic development of instruction. Instructional designers often use instructional technology or educational technology as tools for developing instruction. Instructional design models typically specify a method, that if followed will facilitate the transfer of knowledge, skills and attitude to the recipient or acquirer of the instruction. Obviously paying attention to “best practices”, and innovative teaching methods will make any instructional design model more effective.

To carry out the effective instruction , one must have the right goal to strive. well that is all for this week reflection.

  1. Salam,
I really hope that by now you understand what does it mean by instructional design. Being a teacher, you are actually the instructional designer for the subject that you teach. Anyway, it would be great if you can elaborate more on the Models that we have covered in class and look at the relation between the models and the role of a teacher along the process… 🙂
